Licensed Therapist Opportunity - Integrative and Community Centered Practice with a Collaborative Culture

Job Description: We are seeking a Licensed or provisionally Licensed Therapist to join our vibrant practice. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of skilled professionals, collaborate, and contribute to the development of innovative treatment approaches and workshop offerings. In addition to providing therapy services to clients, you will be invited to actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and curriculum development activities (if interested) to enhance the quality of care we provide.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services to clients with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and interdisciplinary collaboration activities.

  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based treatment protocols and curriculum materials. (If desired)

  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

  • Uphold the values and mission of the practice in all aspects of client care and professional conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

  • Current licensure as a therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of Utah.

  • Experience providing therapy services to a variety of clients, to include diverse populations and presenting concerns.

  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with others.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
