We will get together for real-talk, support and to uplift social connection and self-esteem with teen friendly approaches to achieving wellbeing. This group is for all BIPOC teens!

Teens can expect to:

• Have a safe and welcoming space to connect with mental health care alongside other teens.

• Explore and develop strategies for managing everyday stressors, exploring authenticity, self-esteem and empowerment!

• Fun Expressive Arts Activities

• Meet other teens hoping to strengthen connections.
