Grace Miller is a compassionate, client-centered therapist who specializes in helping adults move through life’s most challenging moments with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next step, Grace offers an integrative and supportive space to help you regain balance and direction.

Her work focuses on supporting clients who are:

With a Master of Science in Social Work and certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Grace blends traditional talk therapy with somatic tools, mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation techniques. Her holistic, trauma-informed approach honors the deep connection between mental and physical well-being—empowering you to build sustainable practices that support healing from the inside out.

Grace is bilingual in English and Spanish and offers inclusive, culturally responsive care for individuals from diverse backgrounds. She meets each client where they are—with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for their lived experience.
